  • Black and white photographs of her family serve the artist as models for her watercolour drawings.

    The drawings are 100cm x 70cm in size. The 300g-watercolour paper is wetted in advance, which results in a cloudy stroke of the brush. The motifs of these drawings are faces. Like using a magnifying glass the artist zooms in on the photo and enlarges it three hundred times.

    These faces become uniformed ghost figures, which completely grow away from their proper perspective like the impression of a shroud.
